In this book, the foundation of self-purification has been declared as "following the Sunnah". Hadiths that soften the heart have been described, as well as actions that hinder self-purification, such as: arrogance, hypocrisy, love of the world, etc. Hadiths are narrated about protection, remembrance of death and companionship of the righteous. Finally, the examples of Hayat Tayyaba and Hayat Sahaba are also presented.
