Imam Abu Ismail `Abdullah bin Muhammad al-Ansari said about this book in al-Harith: To me, his book is better than the book of Bukhari and Muslim. Because only a person who is an expert in knowledge can benefit from the books of Bukhari and Muslim, while in the case of the book of Abu Isa, everyone can reach its benefit.
