Shahra Afaq is a collection of hadiths compiled by Sahih Muslim Imam, which is one of the six famous books of Sahih Sita. Imam Bukhari`s Sahih is the second most authentic book after Bukhari. The full name of Imam Muslim is Abul Hussain Muslim bin al-Hajjaj bin Muslim al-Qashiri. He was born in Nishapur, Iran in 202 AH and died in Nishapur in 261AH. He traveled to Arab regions including Iraq, Syria and Egypt to collect authentic hadiths. He collected about 300,000 hadiths, but only 7563 of them were included in Sahih Muslim because he had set very strict conditions for the authenticity of the hadith so that only the most authentic hadiths could be collected in the book. Due to the importance of Sahih Muslim, many commentaries were written on it like Sahih Bukhari. Among the Sahih Muslim commentaries written in Arabic language, Imam Nawi`s Sharh Nawi has a distinguished position.
